To add photos to gallery:

1. Check the Photos page for the frame (album) in which you wish to add photos. If you would like to create a new frame, see "To add a frame/album," below.
2. Go to the Google Drive Photo Gallery folder. (You must be signed in with an account authorized to add files here.)
   Alternately: Go to drive.google.com; click "Shared with me" in left pane; double-click Photo Gallery folder.
   
3. Double-click the folder corresponding to the frame where you wish to add the photos.
4. In your computer's Windows/File Explorer (or equivalent), navigate to the folder containing the photos you wish to add to the gallery.
5. Select those files and drag them into the Google Drive window (or tab). This will upload the photos files (may take some time).
6. Change the file names to names that you would like to have displayed in the gallery (see existing photos for example naming).
7. To check the results, go back to the Photos page.
8. If the frame where you just added photos needs to be resized, see "To resize a frame/album," below.

To resize a frame/album in the gallery:

1. Go to the Photos page.  (You must be signed in with an account authorized to edit this page.)
2. Click the Edit (pencil symbol) button at top to go into edit mode. If that button is not present, first click "Sign In" at the bottom of the page.
3. Click inside the frame you wish to change.
4. Click the top left (gear symbol / Properties) button on the frame's object.
5. Increase the Height value. (It may require trial-and-error to get the right value, but rule of thumb is about 250 for each row of thumbnails).

To add a frame/album (for a year or other designation):

1. Go to the Google Drive Photo Gallery folder. (You must be signed in with an account authorized to add files here.)
2. Create a subfolder: right-click in the contents area, select "New Folder", and name the folder whatever you wish to label the gallery's frame (e.g. 2017 Photos). Be sure that a folder by that name has not yet been created.
3. Go to the Photos page. (You must be signed in with an account authorized to edit this page.)
4. Click the Edit (pencil symbol) button at top to go into edit mode. If that button is not present, first click "Sign In" at the bottom of the page.
5. Place cursor where you want to add frame.
6. Select menu item: Insert > Drive > Folder.
7. Select the Google Drive folder you just created.
8. Set "Display as" to Grid.
9. Change Height setting according to number of pictures (600 may be OK for a starting number).
10. Leave Width blank.
11. Leave border and title options checked.
12. Click Save.
13. Click inside the frame you just created. A menu bar will appear above (or below) it. Click on the "Align center" and "Wrap off" buttons.
    
14. Click Save at top of page. Continue with "To add photos to gallery", above.
